Pea Flour Pizza Dough
Light, golden, and naturally protein-rich, this pea flour pizza dough delivers a crisp yet tender base with subtle nuttiness, perfect for showcasing fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, or your favourite toppings.

Ingredients
- 1kg Plant S Pea Flour
- 14g dry yeast (28g fresh yeast)
- 650ml warm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
Method
- Place the Plant S Pea Flour into a bowl
- Add the yeast & mix well
- Add the salt
- Add the water & oil
- Mix into a dough
- Cover with cloth or cling film and prove for 1 hour
- Roll out onto floured surface
- Top with mozzarella & roasted tomatoes or toppings of your choice
- Bake in a wood-fired oven 300°C +
If baking in a domestic oven, bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until cooked and cheese has melted.
To keep this as a gluten free pizza base, be sure to use Yellow Pea Flour to dust the worktop surface when rolling the dough out.
