- 120g Plant S pea flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- A good pinch of grated nutmeg
- 50g cold unsalted organic butter, cubed
- 30g icing sugar
- 1 medium egg, organic and free range
- 1/4 tsp vanilla paste
- Zest half an orange
- 200g of your favourite mincemeat filling
Makes approximately 6 mince pies
