Banana Pancakes
These easy high-protein pancakes, made with Yellow Pea Flour, are light, fluffy, and packed with plant-based protein. Ingredients
Ice Cream:
- 40g Yellow Pea Flour
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 Ripe Banana, mashed
- ½ Teaspoon of
- Baking Powder
Method
- Mix the ingredients – In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add the beaten egg, Yellow Pea Flour, and baking powder. Stir until well combined into a thick batter.
- Preheat the pan – Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little oil or butter.
- Cook the pancakes – Spoon small amounts of batter onto the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve & enjoy – Stack your pancakes and top them with your favorite toppings, such as yogurt, fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of honey!
